Alley Kats

Two sneaky felines are running a muck in town. It's bad enough that they're loitering around the city streets and not giving a damn about their previously-scheduled appointments for the day. They're taking it too far, though, by wearing the coolest clothes in town and refusing to purse their lips to let people know where they got it from! Well, shame on them. Fortunately for you, you're at the source of it all as they are wearing tops from Misguided Wanderer.

Let's Shop Til We Drop

Ladies and gentlemen, the time has come...
Misguided Wanderer has began selling clothes on

This is an exciting venture for the Misguided Wanderer team, but for you as well! Now you can get your hands on our exclusive, one-of-a-kind resale pieces that are featured in editorials and more. All you have to do is download the free Depop app on your Apple or Android device and follow us at @MisguidedWanderer

Below is our Botanic Youth edit, curated especially for our Depop launch. It follows two flower children lounging in a city parking lot and waiting for trouble and entertainment. But boredom doesn't last long for these two, even if they have to blast music and create a party themselves. No matter what the plan becomes, they came dressed for action.

Until next time, wanderers. Happy shopping!

IDLE NIGHTS

Today I present a new editorial I've been working on, IDLE NIGHTS. The shoot follows a stylish socialite in the midst of a small party happening in the city. Growing tired of the routine red cups and repeatedly seeing different versions of the same crop top being worn, she slips away to the stairwell to catch her breath. Looking down at her outfit, she's disappointed that she pulled out her vintage Jurassic Park tee and favorite, shaggy cover up just for a night like all of the rest. You'd think she would be having a grand time at this posh and exclusive soiree, but this 90's girl has bigger plans. Soon, she'll be calling an Uber to go home, hit her stash of indica and play Super Mario Bros. on her Sega Genesis until she falls asleep...

The inspiration of this shoot comes from years of reading NYLON Magazine--especially the April 2015 issue. The publication features an article about Swedish artist Arvida Bystrรถm (by Chloe Schildhause | photographed by Silke Labson) and "Same As It Ever Was" (by Melissa Giannini | photographed by Beth Garrabrant). This issue is one of my favorites, and that title is usually hard for me to grant, because every NYLON issue is amazing. But I am taken away by the well designed, bright and original beauty and fashion editorials and the run down of women who are on a need-to-know basis throughout the publication. Diversity is a wonderful thing, as well as GRRRL POWER, and NYLON celebrates these two values of mine all the time.

A big thanks to my model Israt Jahan! You're awesome and a great, beautiful model to work with. I really do appreciate the love, support and positive feedback I've been getting from every one. Thanks so much to each of you lovely people. But stay tuned! There's more of this to come.

Until next time, wanderers.
